Product Introduction:
The Desktop Spot Welding Machine provides two welding arms, and the welding gun can be vertically or horizontally structured, making it easy to adjust the welding posture flexibly according to the shape of the workpiece and the position of the weld seam. With a standard platform of 1000 × 800mm or 1500 × 800mm, it can be expanded to customized sizes and is widely used in diverse production scenarios such as sheet metal processing, metal products, and mechanical manufacturing.
Features:
1. The pneumatic pressurization system has a fast response speed, controlled by solenoid valves, and a pressure establishment time of ≤ 0.2 seconds.
2. During the welding process, there is minimal fluctuation in electrode pressure to ensure consistent formation of weld nuggets.
3. The pressure can be infinitely adjusted to meet the welding needs of different thicknesses and materials.
4. Equipped with pressure digital display or scale indication for easy recording and reproduction of process parameters.
5. The cylinder is equipped with a self-lubricating structure, which has a long maintenance cycle and is suitable for continuous operation.

Welding gun (vertical/horizontal): By using freely selectable vertical or horizontal welding guns, you will gain higher welding flexibility: whether the workpiece is flat overlapped or has a deep cavity structure, it can easily reach the welding point position, greatly reducing the time for workpiece flipping and fixture adjustment. At the same time, the welding gun itself is responsible for installing electrodes and stably conducting current and pressure, ensuring welding quality.
Full copper countertop: The use of a full purple copper countertop allows you to achieve triple benefits of being more energy-efficient, aesthetically pleasing, and efficient: fast conductivity and low resistance make welding more energy-efficient, fast heat dissipation can prevent the back of the workpiece from burning and discoloration to achieve seamless welding, and the flat and wear-resistant countertop allows the workpiece to be placed directly for operation without the need for lower electrodes or copper pads. It also serves as a conductive lower electrode, heat sink, and support surface, making it the core component of low-energy and seamless spot welding.
