Product Introduction:
This is an integrated suspension spot welding machine that combines advanced resistance welding technology with user-friendly auxiliary mechanisms. The system utilizes an integrated welding machine as the main unit, innovatively paired with a spring balancer and a precise and lightweight slide rail and trolley, enabling the equipment to perform suspended operations in the X, Y, Z three-dimensional space. Operators can easily move and even rotate the welding torch in all directions, including up, down, left, right, front, and back, greatly reducing labor intensity and achieving precise welding in all positions and directions. The core of the equipment includes a high-power welding transformer, an efficient gas circuit and cooling system, and is equipped with a rotary table that can rotate at any angle within 360° and is equipped with a limit device. It is an ideal choice for industries such as automobile manufacturing and sheet metal processing.
Features:
1. Three-dimensional suspended movement: With the combination of a spring balancer and a lightweight slide rail and pulley, the welding machine experiences minimal resistance when moving within a three-dimensional space, providing a lightweight operating feel.
2. Omnidirectional rotating mechanism: The rotary table supports 360° rotation at any angle and is equipped with a limit locking function, allowing the welding torch posture to be fixed as needed.
