Product Introduction:
The integrated spot welding machine is a highly integrated precision welding unit. Its core advantage lies in its modular structural design: the welding transformer provides stable energy; the gas system (cylinder, solenoid valve, processing components) ensures swift and reliable electrode action; the forced water cooling system continuously cools the electrode arm through distribution blocks and pipelines; the electrode arm assembly (including bent arm, electrode holder, extension rod, and electrode cap) adapts to complex workpiece contours. The entire equipment is cleverly suspended above the hanging and rotating mechanism, with the self-weight counteracted by a balancer, and combined with a slide rail and pulley system, forming a perfect working platform that can not only provide stable output but also move in three dimensions.
Features:
1. Zero-gravity operation experience: The spring balancer fully or partially offsets the weight of the welder, allowing workers to guide the direction without bearing the load.
2. Low-noise trolley: The slide rail and trolley are precisely matched, ensuring smooth and silent movement, thereby improving the working environment.
3. Integrated handle: The control switch is directly integrated onto the handle, allowing the operator to control welding and resetting without having to take their hands off the handle.
4. Reduce labor intensity: significantly reduce the physical exertion on operators and minimize the risk of occupational diseases caused by fatigue.
5. Posture follows the heart: Due to the low rotational resistance, the operator can adjust the angle of the welding torch as desired based on the natural posture of the wrist.
