Product Introduction:
Want to improve the welding efficiency of elevator door panels? This dual electrode automatic spot welding machine is an ideal choice. It adds X/Y-axis moving fixtures and fixture exchange racks on the basis of standard fixed spot welding machines, and adopts a double headed design to weld two points at once. After manual loading and unloading, start the switch with both hands and the workpiece will automatically move to the welding position; Pneumatic pressurization causes the upper electrode to vertically press down and compress the workpiece; The thyristor controls the conduction angle, and the welding transformer generates current to complete the welding process; Subsequently, the thyristor is turned off, the electrode is lifted, and the workpiece is moved to the next position for cyclic welding. After all welding is completed, it is moved into the exchange rack. The overall size of the machine is 5250 × 3775 × 2067mm, with a welding thickness of 0.5~1.5mm. The structure is compact and beautiful, and the operation is stable, efficient and energy-saving.
Features:
1. Redundant safety circuit: The dual hand start switch is interlocked with the light curtain or safety relay, and any one hand accidental touch or body entering the danger zone cannot start.
2. Electrode anti fall device: When the cylinder is cut off, the upper electrode automatically locks at the top dead center to prevent injury caused by gravity falling.
3. Overload and short circuit protection: The primary configuration of the transformer includes fast fuses and circuit breakers, thyristors with resistance capacitance absorption and overvoltage protection modules.
4. Cooling system flow monitoring: Automatically cut off the welding signal and sound an alarm when there is a lack of water or low flow to avoid electrode burnout.
5. Rigid structure of the fuselage: Under welding pressure, the deformation of the arm is extremely small, and long-term use will not cause welding point displacement or increased splashing.

Double Electrode Head (up/down): A pair of copper alloy electrodes that directly contact the workpiece (welding 2 points at a time), apply current under pressure, concentrate heat on the contact surface of the plate to form a weld core, and complete spot welding.
X/Y Fixture Moving Mechanism: Driven by servo or stepper motor, the screw/synchronous belt accurately moves the workpiece in the horizontal plane, aligning the welding points of the door panel with the electrodes in sequence, achieving multi-point automatic welding.
Intermediate Frequency Control Box: Inverts AC power to DC power, achieving millisecond level high-precision welding, effectively reducing spatter, saving 30% energy, and significantly reducing transformer weight.
