Product Introduction:
The automatic spot welding machine is based on a fixed spot welding machine, upgraded to dual electrode synchronous welding, and equipped with X/Y-axis moving fixtures and quick exchange racks to achieve efficient automated welding of elevator door panels. When operating, simply place the cut flat workpiece into the fixture, press the start button with both hands, and the equipment will automatically move the workpiece to the welding area. Then, perform programs such as pressurization, power on welding (thyristor controlled conduction angle), power-off pressure relief, etc., and finally move the workpiece to complete welding at other points before sending it to the fixture exchange rack. The design of pneumatic pressurization and vertical movement of the upper electrode ensures simple structure and reliable operation. The welding of 0.5-1.5mm thick plates is easy, and the overall size is 5250 × 3775 × 2067mm, which is safe and durable.

1. Controllable conduction angle of thyristor: The welding current can be continuously and finely adjusted to ensure optimal heat input for plates of different thicknesses (0.5-1.5mm).
2. Accurate segmentation of welding timing: The pressure, welding, maintenance, and rest periods are independently adjustable to meet the requirements of preventing splashing and overheating of thin plates.
3. Electrode vertical pressure stability: The upper electrode moves vertically up and down, with the pressure direction coinciding with the center of the solder joint, avoiding lateral slip and ensuring good consistency of the solder joint.
4. High X/Y-axis positioning accuracy: The mobile fixture adopts precision screw or synchronous belt transmission, with a repeated positioning error of ≤± 0.2mm, ensuring accurate welding point position.
5. The controller has constant current/constant voltage mode: real-time compensation for grid fluctuations and electrode wear, maintaining stable welding heat.

Double Electrode Head (up/down): A pair of copper alloy electrodes that directly contact the workpiece (welding 2 points at a time), apply current under pressure, concentrate heat on the contact surface of the plate to form a weld core, and complete spot welding.

X/Y Fixture Moving Mechanism: Driven by servo or stepper motor, the screw/synchronous belt accurately moves the workpiece in the horizontal plane, aligning the welding points of the door panel with the electrodes in sequence, achieving multi-point automatic welding.

Intermediate Frequency Control Box: Inverts AC power to DC power, achieving millisecond level high-precision welding, effectively reducing spatter, saving 30% energy, and significantly reducing transformer weight. It is particularly suitable for stable welding of materials such as aluminum and galvanized sheets.

Human Computer Interaction Interface: Touch screen or button panel, used to set welding parameters, call programs, display status and alarms, and achieve intuitive operation dialogue between people and devices.

Mainly used for welding various metal door panels, especially elevator door panels, by welding reinforced ribs on the back of the door panels to enhance structural strength. Its application scope is far beyond this, and it is also suitable for sheet metal processing in industries such as anti-theft doors, large cabinets, control cabinets, and household appliances. In terms of materials, it can easily handle spot welding connections of various common metal sheets such as low-carbon steel, stainless steel, coated steel plates, and aluminum alloys.
