Product Introduction:
After manual feeding, the three heads simultaneously clamp the workpiece, and the current instantly passes through the contact between the two pipes to generate sparks and complete the welding. Due to the fact that the welding heat is only concentrated on the T-shaped contact line, the contact surfaces between the vertical and horizontal heads and the pipe material hardly generate heat. Therefore, the pipe surface welding is perfect and only requires simple polishing to produce the product.
Features:
1. Adopting the principle of resistance projection welding, the welding heat is precisely concentrated on the T-shaped contact line between the two pipes, ensuring stable and reliable welding quality.
2. Two heads vertically and one head horizontally work together to form a complete three electrode conductive circuit with uniform current distribution.
3. The pneumatic pressurization system responds quickly and the clamping force can be infinitely adjusted to meet the welding requirements of 3mm+3mm galvanized hollow pipes.
4. The welding time is controlled in milliseconds, the heat affected zone is extremely small, the pipe substrate is not affected by thermal deformation, and the original mechanical properties are maintained.
5. The welding current and pressure parameters can be independently adjusted, and can be finely matched according to changes in the thickness of the galvanized layer to ensure consistency in each welding process.

CuCrZr Electrodes: The machine adopts three chromium zirconium copper alloy electrode heads, three chromium zirconium copper electrode heads (vertical up and down+horizontal), conductive and wear-resistant, quick disassembly design, and the pipe surface is intact during welding.
Cylinder:The cylinder adopts a combination of aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring, and light friction ring, with wear-resistant surface and long service life, achieving extremely high spot welding speed, electrode pressurization, smooth and fast.
Gas Storage Tanks: The projection welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
