Product Introduction:
The quality of the welded pipe surface is a major concern for many customers. This fixed T-type welding machine can ensure that every 3mm+3mm galvanized hollow pipe welded is intact at the contact position of the fixture. This is because the vertical heads and horizontal heads only perform clamping and conductive functions, and do not participate in heating. The heat required for welding is completely concentrated on the T-shaped contact line between the two pipes, and fusion is completed through instant sparks. The machine adopts manual feeding and automatic clamping welding methods, with stable operation and high repeatability, suitable for mass production.
Features:
1. Widely used for batch welding production of T-shaped galvanized pipe components such as guardrails, shelves, display racks, pet cages, furniture brackets, fences, etc.
2. It is particularly suitable for hollow galvanized pipes with a wall thickness of 3mm+3mm, which is one of the most commonly used and in high demand specifications in the guardrail and storage rack industry.
3. The welded T-joint has high tensile strength and can withstand static loads of over 150kg at a single point, meeting the mechanical requirements of structural components.
4. After the material is loaded, the entire process of clamping, welding, and loosening is automatically completed without the need for professional welders.
5. After welding, only the T-shaped joint needs to be lightly polished, and the surface of the pipe body is intact and does not require secondary treatment.

CuCrZr Electrodes: The machine adopts three chromium zirconium copper alloy electrode heads, three chromium zirconium copper electrode heads (vertical up and down+horizontal), conductive and wear-resistant, quick disassembly design, and the pipe surface is intact during welding.

Cylinder:The cylinder adopts a combination of aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring, and light friction ring, with wear-resistant surface and long service life, achieving extremely high spot welding speed, electrode pressurization, smooth and fast.

Gas Storage Tanks: The projection welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.

Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
