Product Introduction:
The desktop spot welding machine adopts an intermediate frequency platform design, combined with a multi joint arm structure and a unique parallel joint mechanism, making the welding arm movement extremely flexible. It can easily cover any point on the workbench, achieving an efficient operation mode of welding machine stationary and workpiece moving. It is especially suitable for welding large or irregular workpieces, such as elevator door panels, cabinet side panels, ventilation ducts, etc.
Features:
1. Suitable for various metal materials such as low-carbon steel, coated steel plates, stainless steel, and aluminum plates.
2. The welding thickness range of carbon steel plate is 0.5+0.5mm to 3+3mm, covering commonly used sheet metal thickness combinations.
3. The welding spatter of the coated steel plate is small, and there is no coating peeling phenomenon on the surface of the welding point.
4.When welding aluminum plates, the use of intermediate frequency characteristics can effectively reduce electrode adhesion.
5. Suitable for welding dissimilar metal thin plates, such as overlapping galvanized plates with low carbon steel.
