Flexible Overhead Suspension Transformer All-in-One Resistance Spot Welder Gun
Product Introduction:
What is delivered to the customer is not just a welding machine, but a complete "welding work island". The integrated spot welding machine includes: a microcomputer controller (brain), a transformer and electrode arm (heart and hands and feet), a gas source processing unit (respiratory system), a water system (circulatory system), and a "mechanical skeleton and motion system" composed of a crane arm, a balancer, and a sliding rail and pulley. All components work together to make the originally fixed spot welding machine move like a dexterous robot arm in three-dimensional space, greatly expanding the operating radius and flexibility, especially suitable for welding large structural components and molds.
Features:
1. Microcomputer parameter setting: It can store multiple sets of welding specifications to accommodate welding needs for different plate thicknesses.
2. Real-time current compensation: The controller can monitor grid voltage fluctuations and automatically compensate the welding current to ensure consistent heat input.
3. Cylinder speed adjustment: The pneumatic system is usually equipped with a speed control valve, which can control the speed of electrode depression and reduce impact and splashes.
4. Precise rotation angle limit: The limit device of the rotary table can precisely set the rotation range, suitable for repetitive positioning welding.
5. Precise and controllable timing: The four time parameters of the welding cycle, namely pressurization, welding, maintenance, and pause, can be independently and precisely set.
