Customize Point Welder Resistance 100Kva Industrial Sheet Metal Automatic Multi-Point Spot Welder Multi Head Welding Machine
Product Introduction:
The welding equipment is a double headed automatic spot welding system specially designed for elevator door panel welding. Based on standard fixed welding machines, it integrates dual electrode heads, X/Y-axis moving fixtures, and fixture exchange racks. The workflow is simple and smooth: after manually placing the workpiece and starting it with both hands, the equipment automatically sends the workpiece into the welding position, then applies pressure, welds (thyristor controlled conduction angle), releases it, and then cycles the welding of the remaining points according to the preset path, finally moving it to the exchange rack to complete one cycle. The upper electrode moves vertically up and down, and pneumatic pressure ensures uniform clamping force, which can reliably weld 0.5-1.5mm thick plates. The overall size of the machine is 5250 × 3775 × 2067mm, with a novel appearance, stable performance, and doubled efficiency compared to single spot welding machines.
Features:
1. Dual hand start safety switch: Both hands are forced to press simultaneously to start welding, which conforms to ergonomics and makes the operation natural and effortless.
2. Intuitive human-machine interface: The touch screen or digital tube displays the current parameters and allows for one click switching of welding programs for different door panel models.
3. Workpiece clamping anti mistake design: The fixture is equipped with positioning pins and quick clamps, and the worker can automatically align the board without calibration.
4. Automatic removal after welding: After welding is completed, the workpiece is automatically moved to the tool exchange rack side for easy lifting or rolling off the track.
5. Fault voice prompt: When the air pressure is insufficient, the water temperature is too high, or the electrode is stuck, the controller will issue a Chinese voice alarm and display a code.

Double Electrode Head (up/down): A pair of copper alloy electrodes that directly contact the workpiece (welding 2 points at a time), apply current under pressure, concentrate heat on the contact surface of the plate to form a weld core, and complete spot welding.
X/Y Fixture Moving Mechanism: Driven by servo or stepper motor, the screw/synchronous belt accurately moves the workpiece in the horizontal plane, aligning the welding points of the door panel with the electrodes in sequence, achieving multi-point automatic welding.
Intermediate Frequency Control Box: Inverts AC power to DC power, achieving millisecond level high-precision welding, effectively reducing spatter, saving 30% energy, and significantly reducing transformer weight. It is particularly suitable for stable welding of materials such as aluminum and galvanized sheets.
Human Computer Interaction Interface: Touch screen or button panel, used to set welding parameters, call programs, display status and alarms, and achieve intuitive operation dialogue between people and devices.
