Sheet Metal Parts Automatic Pneumatic Spot Welding Equipment
Product Introduction:
The automatic spot welding machine has achieved two major upgrades on the basis of traditional fixed welding machines: one is equipped with two electrode heads, which can weld two points simultaneously; The second is to integrate X and Y axis moving fixtures and fixture exchange racks to achieve automatic workpiece displacement and exchange. After manual loading and unloading, start the switch with both hands, and the workpiece will automatically enter the welding position; Pneumatic pressurization causes the upper electrode to be pressed vertically downwards, and the thyristor is connected to the primary of the transformer at the set conduction angle, generating welding current in the secondary; After welding, the thyristor is turned off, the electrode is lifted, and the workpiece is moved to the next welding point for cyclic operation. After all welding is completed, it is moved to the exchange rack. The overall length, width, and height of the machine are 5250 × 3775 × 2067mm, suitable for welding 0.5-1.5mm elevator door panels. It has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, stable performance, safety, and energy saving.
Features:
1. Self equipped gas storage device: When the power is ≥ 80KVA, a gas storage tank is configured to ensure stable high flow pressure and avoid pressure fluctuations during welding.
2. Strong cooling circulation system: Increase the area and flow rate of the water-cooled plate, and continuously weld 300 welding points of 1.5mm thick plate without overheating and shutdown.
3. Large section conductive copper bar: The conductive arm and secondary side connection are brazed with multi-layer copper and silver, which has low resistance and low heat generation.
4. Heavy duty linear guide rail: The X/Y-axis mobile fixture adopts a double guide rail four slider structure, which can carry workpieces weighing over 300kg without jamming.
5. Dual stage solenoid valve drive: The cylinder action is faster, and the pressurization time can be shortened to 0.1 seconds, meeting the requirements of thick plate high-pressure welding.

Double Electrode Head (up/down): A pair of copper alloy electrodes that directly contact the workpiece (welding 2 points at a time), apply current under pressure, concentrate heat on the contact surface of the plate to form a weld core, and complete spot welding.

X/Y Fixture Moving Mechanism: Driven by servo or stepper motor, the screw/synchronous belt accurately moves the workpiece in the horizontal plane, aligning the welding points of the door panel with the electrodes in sequence, achieving multi-point automatic welding.

Intermediate Frequency Control Box: Inverts AC power to DC power, achieving millisecond level high-precision welding, effectively reducing spatter, saving 30% energy, and significantly reducing transformer weight. It is particularly suitable for stable welding of materials such as aluminum and galvanized sheets.

Human Computer Interaction Interface: Touch screen or button panel, used to set welding parameters, call programs, display status and alarms, and achieve intuitive operation dialogue between people and devices.
