After manual loading and unloading, start the switch with both hands, and the workpiece will automatically enter the welding position; Pneumatic pressurization causes the upper electrode to be pressed vertically downwards, and the thyristor is connected to the primary of the transformer at the set conduction angle, generating welding current in the secondary; After welding, the thyristor is turned off, the electrode is lifted, and the workpiece is moved to the next welding point for cyclic operation. After all welding is completed, it is moved to the exchange rack. The overall length, width, and height of the machine are 5250 × 3775 × 2067mm, suitable for welding 0.5-1.5mm elevator door panels.
