Product Introduction:
The operation of the projection machine is very simple and does not require professional welders. You only need to first place a horizontal tube horizontally into the horizontal fixture, and then place a vertical tube between the upper and lower heads in the vertical direction to form a T-shaped layout. After pressing the start button, the vertical and horizontal heads automatically clamp the workpiece, generating sparks at the contact point and completing the welding. The whole process only takes a few seconds. The most crucial thing is that the pipe surface in contact with the vertical and horizontal heads is perfect, requiring only simple polishing and suitable for mass production of hollow galvanized pipes.
Features:
1. After welding is completed, a uniform weld scar will form at the T-joint, which can be easily polished to achieve a smooth and flat appearance of the weld seam.
2. Due to the precise concentration of welding heat on the contact line, the welding scar range is small and the thickness is thin, and the polishing time is only 3-5 seconds, far less than the polishing amount of traditional weld beads.
3. The pipe surface in contact with the fixture does not generate heat during the welding process and remains intact at all times. There is no need to worry about damaging the pipe body during polishing.
4. The transition between the polished T-joint and the pipe body is smooth, and the visual effect after spraying or galvanizing is better than that of the finished product by arc welding.
5. The welding scar structure is dense and free of pores, and there are no sand holes or depressions after polishing, ensuring the strength and sealing of the joint.

CuCrZr Electrodes: The machine adopts three chromium zirconium copper alloy electrode heads, three chromium zirconium copper electrode heads (vertical up and down+horizontal), conductive and wear-resistant, quick disassembly design, and the pipe surface is intact during welding.

Cylinder:The cylinder adopts a combination of aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring, and light friction ring, with wear-resistant surface and long service life, achieving extremely high spot welding speed, electrode pressurization, smooth and fast.

Gas Storage Tanks: The projection welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
