Similarly, for the T-joint of 3mm+3mm galvanized hollow pipes, traditional arc welding requires welders and welding rods, which can generate large areas of splashing and easily burn or press out pits on the pipe surface. But the fixed T-type projection welding machine is completely different - it uses the principle of resistance projection welding, where the vertical head and horizontal head are only responsible for clamping and conducting electricity, and welding sparks only appear on the contact line between the two pipes. After welding, the pipe surface in contact with the fixture is intact and undamaged, and the T-shaped area only needs simple polishing. Manual feeding and automatic welding can be operated by ordinary workers, greatly reducing reliance on skilled welders.
