Product Introduction:
Similarly, for the T-joint of 3mm+3mm galvanized hollow pipes, traditional arc welding requires welders and welding rods, which can generate large areas of splashing and easily burn or press out pits on the pipe surface. But the fixed T-type projection welding machine is completely different - it uses the principle of resistance projection welding, where the vertical head and horizontal head are only responsible for clamping and conducting electricity, and welding sparks only appear on the contact line between the two pipes. After welding, the pipe surface in contact with the fixture is intact and undamaged, and the T-shaped area only needs simple polishing. Manual feeding and automatic welding can be operated by ordinary workers, greatly reducing reliance on skilled welders.
Features:
1. Adopting the principle of resistance projection welding, the welding heat is precisely concentrated on the T-shaped contact wire, and a T-shaped joint can be completed in only 2-4 seconds.
2. The pneumatic pressurization system responds quickly and the clamping force can be infinitely adjusted to meet the welding requirements of 3mm+3mm galvanized hollow pipes.
3. The three electrode structure (vertical up and down+horizontal) works together, with uniform current distribution and stable welding quality.
4. The pipe surface in contact with the fixture is intact and does not require any treatment. Only the T-shaped joint needs simple polishing to achieve a smooth appearance.
5. The equipment can work continuously for 8 hours without overheating or frequency reduction, making it suitable for mass production.
