3Mm Plus 3Mm T Style Tube Joining Stationary Welding Machine
Product Introduction:
The projection welding machine is a fixed T-type resistance convex welding machine, suitable for workpieces of 3mm+3mm galvanized hollow pipes, and the welding form is T-joint. Equipment structure: Two heads vertically (clamp and conduct current), one head horizontally (fix the horizontal tube and form a conductive circuit). Loading method: Manually place the horizontal pipe into the horizontal fixture and the vertical pipe into the vertical fixture. Welding characteristics: Sparks are generated at the contact between two pipes and welding is completed, which only requires simple polishing; The pipe surface in contact with the vertical and horizontal heads is intact, without welding marks, burns, or indentations. The whole machine is easy to operate and suitable for mass production.
Features:
1. The three electrode head adopts a modular quick release design, which can be replaced separately after wear and tear, without the need to replace the entire set of fixtures.
2. The oxide layer on the surface of the electrode head can be quickly cleaned with fine sandpaper, and the conductivity can be restored within 2 minutes, making maintenance easy.
3. The pneumatic system is equipped with an oil mist device and a filter, which automatically lubricates the cylinder and filters out moisture and impurities in the compressed air.
4. The main components inside the control box adopt a plug-in design, and the modules can be directly replaced after troubleshooting, with short downtime.
5. The equipment comes standard with a self diagnostic function, which can display fault codes and prompt possible causes for quick repair and positioning.

CuCrZr Electrodes: The machine adopts three chromium zirconium copper alloy electrode heads, three chromium zirconium copper electrode heads (vertical up and down+horizontal), conductive and wear-resistant, quick disassembly design, and the pipe surface is intact during welding.

Cylinder:The cylinder adopts a combination of aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring, and light friction ring, with wear-resistant surface and long service life, achieving extremely high spot welding speed, electrode pressurization, smooth and fast.

Gas Storage Tanks: The projection welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.

Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
