Product Introduction:
The projection welding machine is a fixed T-type resistance convex welding machine, suitable for workpieces of 3mm+3mm galvanized hollow pipes, and the welding form is T-joint. Equipment structure: Two heads vertically (clamp and conduct current), one head horizontally (fix the horizontal tube and form a conductive circuit). Loading method: Manually place the horizontal pipe into the horizontal fixture and the vertical pipe into the vertical fixture. Welding characteristics: Sparks are generated at the contact between two pipes and welding is completed, which only requires simple polishing; The pipe surface in contact with the vertical and horizontal heads is intact, without welding marks, burns, or indentations.
