Structure
Components of Welding Machine:
The fire door spot welding machine consists of a frame, a workpiece moving platform, a welding machine moving mechanism, upper and lower electrodes, a welding transformer, and a welding machine controller, PLC controller, air circuit system, cooling water circuit system and other components.
Pneumatic Transmission Mechanism:
When the fire door spot welding machine is used for welding, the lowering of the upper electrode and the pressing of the weldment are realized by the pneumatic transmission mechanism,the mechanism is composed of cylinder, piston, guide rod, sealing ring, sealing ring, etc.
Air Circuit System:
The air circuit system is composed of ball valve, air filter, pressure reducing valve, oil atomizer, electromagnetic air valve, cylinder, etc.
Working Principle
Install the workpiece: the rear positioning block and the right positioning block are used as the reference positioning block. To adjust, the motor zero point needs to be corrected. Other positioning blocks can be adjusted close to the workpiece. The side floating positioning block clamps the framework of the workpiece and the panel together to avoid the displacement of the welding spot. (The manual clamping screw fixes the workpiece on the side floating positioning block).
Welding: after the start (automatic) switch is pressed, the program automatically controls the action of the equipment to complete the product until the stop button is pressed.
Control System Functions
Specific functions are as follows:
1. Multiple welding programs: can store 250 welding programs for users to call.
2. The counting function: can monitor not only the number of welding points, but also the number of workpieces, which can facilitate the understanding of work efficiency.
3. Single/continuous: welding can be set as required to meet the special requirements of different workpieces.
4. Fault diagnosis and automatic protection function: during the working process, the controller will automatically shut down the output when it detects abnormal conditions, and prompt the cause of the fault.
