Adjustment And Welding
Before the welding operation of the welder, the "adjustment" mode shall be selected to verify the selected welding specifications. Except that there is no current output, the "adjustment" mode has the same process and time as the actual. First, select the "single point" or "connecting point" working mode, and select the specification to be used. In the "adjustment" mode, step on the foot switch to make the welding machine not output current to simulate work. At this time, the movement speed and welding pressure of the welding machine can be adjusted to meet the work needs. The movement speed can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting knob of the throttle valve at the air inlet of the cylinder. The regulating pressure can be adjusted by rotating the pressure regulating valve according to the corresponding relationship between the working air pressure and the electrode pressure, or precisely adjusted by measuring the pressure between electrodes with a welding pressure tester.
