This is a semi-automatic projection welding solution that makes fuel tank production simpler. Intuitive operation process: component placement, welding, and retrieval, which can be mastered without complex training. The equipment is equipped with a humanized workbench, and the optimal height design reduces the labor intensity of the operator. Clear indicator lights and buzzers indicate the working status, allowing for accurate monitoring of equipment operation even in noisy workshop environments. Features:


1. The body is designed for impact resistance, earthquake resistance, and high rigidity, and is finely processed by machinery to meet the installation and load strength of each component. Multiple reinforcing ribs have been welded inside the rack to ensure the rigidity of the equipment during use and minimize slight deformation during the welding process, ensuring the stability of welding and the safety of manual use.


2. The upper electrode is pressurized by a gas-liquid booster cylinder, and the electrode pressure is adjustable. The gas-liquid booster cylinder can achieve high output of the hydraulic cylinder using general air pressure without the need for a hydraulic unit.


3. The welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
