Product Introduction:
The automatic filter drum seam welding machine (also known as the automatic tube rolling welding machine) is an efficient welding equipment specialized in the manufacturing of low-carbon steel filter drums. The machine adopts a pneumatic pressurization system, with the upper electrode moving vertically, a compact and novel structure, and stable and reliable operation. The welding capability covers plates ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 millimeters, and precise welding is achieved through the unique design of "workpiece fixation and welding machine movement". During the operation, the operator places the pre cut sheet into the fixture, starts it with both hands, and the equipment automatically moves and executes the forming program: the cylinder drives the mold to gradually roll the workpiece; Subsequently, the pressurization program is initiated, and the electrode wheel compresses the workpiece and pre rolls it; During the welding stage, the thyristor triggers the transformer to generate a controllable welding current, while the servo motor drives the electrode wheel to roll weld at a constant speed; After welding is completed, automatic unloading is carried out to complete the fully automated forming, pressurization, welding, and unloading cycle, ensuring safety and energy saving, and significantly improving production efficiency.

1. High precision forming technology: using pneumatic pressurization and vertical movement system of the upper electrode, combined with programmed forming steps, to achieve high-precision automatic forming of flat workpieces, ensuring the roundness of the cylinder and the consistency of the weld seam.

4. Efficient and energy-saving design: Welding transformers with thyristor control for high energy conversion efficiency; The equipment has a compact structure, coordinated operation, and automatic power-off when unloaded, combining the advantages of efficient production and energy conservation.

Gas Storage Tanks: The projection and spot welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.

Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
