Product Introduction:
The projection welding machine achieves seven-point welding between the metal ring and the tank opening in a single clamping cycle by synchronously energizing seven fixed embossing points. The welding time per piece does not exceed 0.5 seconds, delivering several times the efficiency of point-by-point welding. Operators only need to fit the metal ring onto the upper electrode and place the tank shell on the lower platform, then press the start button for automatic welding cycles. During this process, the operator can prepare the next set of workpieces, enabling parallel human-machine operation. The entire annular electrode ring is designed for quick replacement, requiring just a few minutes to switch between different specifications without individual adjustment of weld points, significantly reducing changeover downtime. After welding, the machine automatically resets and stands by, allowing workers to remove the finished product and proceed to the next cycle, eliminating non-production waiting time. The high-response pneumatic pressure application and precise SCR current control work in close coordination, ensuring compact and stable cycle timing for maximum output per unit time.
Features:
1.7 fixed protrusions can be synchronously energized, and 7 welding points between the metal ring and the fuel tank can be completed in one electrode alignment. The welding time for a single piece does not exceed 0.5 seconds, saving about 7 times the action time compared to point by point welding.
2. Adopting a semi-automatic cycle mode of manual feeding (inserting metal rings and fuel tank shells), automatic welding, and manual picking of parts, the operator can prepare the next set of workpieces in advance during the welding process, achieving human-machine parallel operation and improving comprehensive output.
3. The overall quick installation and replacement of the circular electrode ring only takes a few minutes to replace different caliber specifications, without the need to adjust the welding point positions one by one. Compared with traditional multi-point welding machines, the replacement time is greatly shortened.
4. After the equipment welding is completed, it automatically resets to standby mode. The operator can directly enter the next cycle without additional operation after removing the finished product, eliminating the non production waiting time caused by manual reset.
5. The high response electromagnetic valve is closely matched with thyristor control, and the timing connection between pressurization and energization is compact. The rest time within each cycle can be adjusted to the shortest possible time, and the comprehensive cycle control ability is superior to traditional spot welding machines.

Fixed Convex Point Annular Electrode Assembly: One annular electrode ring on each top and bottom, with 7 fixed convex points on the ring. During welding, the upper and lower circles are pressed synchronously, and power is applied simultaneously at 7 points, forming 7 welding points at once. Internally water-cooled, quick change overall, compatible with different specifications of fuel tanks.

Cylinder: Adopting aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring, and light friction ring combination with hydraulic cylinder, the surface is wear-resistant and has a long service life, achieving extremely high dot speed, electrode pressurization, smooth and fast.

Gas Storage Tanks: The projection and spot welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.

Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.

Welding Workpiece: Fuel tank shell+metal ring
The workpiece consists of a half section oil tank shell and a matching metal ring. Place the fuel tank shell facing upwards on the lower electrode platform, and press the metal ring onto the upper electrode accordingly. After welding, the metal ring is firmly fixed to the inner wall of the fuel tank opening, meeting the sealing and subsequent assembly requirements.
