Product Introduction:

The welding machine has 7 fixed convex points and a ring electrode as an integrated structure. The position of the convex points is directly guaranteed by the machining accuracy. After the upper and lower electrodes are matched, the pressure of each convex point is completely consistent. In addition, the 7 welding points share the same transformer secondary circuit, and the current distribution is balanced to ensure that the size and strength height of the fusion core of each welding point are uniform. The four stage time regulator (pressurization, welding, maintenance, and rest) is independently adjustable, with the maintenance stage ensuring sufficient crystallization of the melt nucleus, effectively preventing shrinkage and cracking. The forced water cooling system controls the temperature of the electrodes and protrusions within a reasonable range to avoid increased splashing or deterioration of the surface quality of the solder joints due to overheating, ensuring a smooth appearance of the solder joints. The slow start and voltage stabilization functions effectively suppress the interference of power grid fluctuations on welding energy, maintain constant output current accuracy, ensure stable and reliable welding quality of each metal ring in batch production, and meet the requirements of fuel tank sealing and strength.


Features:

1.7 fixed protrusions are processed and formed as a whole with the annular electrode, and the position of the protrusions is directly guaranteed by the machining accuracy. After the upper and lower electrodes are aligned, the clamping force of each protrusion is completely consistent, eliminating the dispersion of welding strength caused by pressure deviation.

2.7 solder joints share the same transformer secondary circuit and are powered simultaneously. The current is evenly distributed to each bump through a soft copper strip to ensure that the heat input of each solder joint is consistent and the height of the melt nucleus is uniform.

3. In the four stage program, a special maintenance phase is set up to ensure that the molten core has sufficient pressure holding and crystallization time before the electrode is released, effectively preventing shrinkage, porosity, and microcracks, and improving the density and tensile strength of the solder joint.

4. The forced water cooling channel runs through the annular electrode ring, continuously taking away the heat at the root of the convex point, avoiding the electrode overheating and increasing splashing on the workpiece surface or deteriorating the appearance of the welding point, ensuring a smooth surface of the welding point.

5. The controller has built-in slow start and voltage stabilization functions, effectively suppressing the impact of grid voltage fluctuations on welding energy. Even during peak periods of factory electricity consumption, the output current remains constant, ensuring stable and reliable welding quality for each metal ring in mass production.

Fixed Convex Point Annular Electrode Assembly: One annular electrode ring on each top and bottom, with 7 fixed convex points on the ring. Welding Workpiece: Fuel tank shell+metal ring

The workpiece consists of a half section oil tank shell and a matching metal ring. Place the fuel tank shell facing upwards on the lower electrode platform, and press the metal ring onto the upper electrode accordingly. After welding, the metal ring is firmly fixed to the inner wall of the fuel tank opening, meeting the sealing and subsequent assembly requirements.
