Product Introduction:
The fixed T-type welding machine has three core selling points. Firstly, the three head fixture design: vertically clamp the vertical pipe with the top and bottom heads, and fix the horizontal pipe with the horizontal head, ensuring precise positioning without deviation. Secondly, the welding quality is excellent: sparks only appear at the contact between two pipes, while the pipe surfaces in contact with the three fixture heads are intact and do not require polishing. CuCrZr Electrodes: The machine adopts three chromium zirconium copper alloy electrode heads, three chromium zirconium copper electrode heads (vertical up and down+horizontal), conductive and wear-resistant, quick disassembly design, and the pipe surface is intact during welding.
Cylinder:The cylinder adopts a combination of aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring, and light friction ring, with wear-resistant surface and long service life, achieving extremely high spot welding speed, electrode pressurization, smooth and fast.
Gas Storage Tanks: The projection welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
