Stationary Pneumatic Projection Welder for T Type Joint 3Mm Galvanized Steel Hollow Tube
Product Introduction:
The fixed T-type welding machine has three core selling points. Firstly, the three head fixture design: vertically clamp the vertical pipe with the top and bottom heads, and fix the horizontal pipe with the horizontal head, ensuring precise positioning without deviation. Secondly, the welding quality is excellent: sparks only appear at the contact between two pipes, while the pipe surfaces in contact with the three fixture heads are intact and do not require polishing. Thirdly, it is efficient and labor-saving: after manual feeding, it automatically clamps and welds, completing a T-shaped joint in a few seconds, which is several times faster than traditional welding methods. Suitable for mass production of 3mm+3mm galvanized hollow pipes.
Features:
1. The single welding cycle time only takes 2-4 seconds, which is 5-8 times more efficient than traditional arc welding, which takes more than 30 seconds per piece.
2. No consumables such as welding wire, welding rod, protective gas, etc. are required, significantly reducing the material cost of single piece welding and achieving significant long-term production benefits.
3. The equipment can support continuous 8-hour uninterrupted production without overheating or frequency reduction, suitable for large-scale production of large orders.
4. The manual feeding and automatic welding adopt parallel timing design, and the operator can pre install the next workpiece during the welding process, achieving semi continuous flow operation.
5. The preheating time of the equipment is extremely short, and it can enter a stable working state within 1 minute after startup, which does not waste production time and is suitable for frequent start stop scheduling mode.

CuCrZr Electrodes: The machine adopts three chromium zirconium copper alloy electrode heads, three chromium zirconium copper electrode heads (vertical up and down+horizontal), conductive and wear-resistant, quick disassembly design, and the pipe surface is intact during welding.

Cylinder:The cylinder adopts a combination of aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring, and light friction ring, with wear-resistant surface and long service life, achieving extremely high spot welding speed, electrode pressurization, smooth and fast.

Gas Storage Tanks: The projection welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.

Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
