Product Introduction:
The welding equipment adopts the principle of resistance projection welding and is specially designed for T-shaped welding of 3mm+3mm galvanized hollow pipes. The machine structure consists of two vertical heads (main welding electrode) and one horizontal head (auxiliary conductive electrode). During welding, the current flows from the vertical head, through the vertical tube to the T-shaped contact surface, and then through the horizontal tube to the horizontal head to form a circuit. Due to the maximum resistance of the T-shaped contact surface, a high-temperature spark is instantly generated here and the welding is completed; The contact surface between the vertical and horizontal heads and the pipe is almost not heated due to its large area and low resistance, so the pipe surface is intact. This is the core advantage that distinguishes resistance welding from traditional arc welding.
Features:
1. The vertical direction adopts a coaxial opposed design for the upper and lower heads, which balances the force when clamping the vertical pipe, effectively preventing the pipe from deviating or tilting.
2. The horizontal and vertical heads form a 90 degree right angle layout in space, ensuring that the verticality accuracy of the horizontal and vertical pipes reaches ± 0.5 degrees.
3. All three electrodes are made of chromium zirconium copper alloy material, which has excellent conductivity, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance. The service life of the electrodes can reach more than 100000 times.
4. The body adopts a thickened steel plate welding structure, which has strong overall rigidity and will not deform after long-term use, ensuring the accuracy of repeated welding positioning.
5. The electrode arm adopts an adjustable design, with adjustable vertical head to head spacing to meet the welding requirements of vertical pipes of different lengths.

CuCrZr Electrodes: The machine adopts three chromium zirconium copper alloy electrode heads, three chromium zirconium copper electrode heads (vertical up and down+horizontal), conductive and wear-resistant, quick disassembly design, and the pipe surface is intact during welding.

Cylinder:The cylinder adopts a combination of aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring, and light friction ring, with wear-resistant surface and long service life, achieving extremely high spot welding speed, electrode pressurization, smooth and fast.

Gas Storage Tanks: The projection welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.

Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
