Product Introduction:
The automatic spot welding machine for door panels uses pneumatic pressure and vertical movement of the upper electrode as its core action mode. Two electrode heads are arranged on the fixed welding machine to achieve simultaneous welding of two points, and is equipped with X and Y axis moving fixtures and fixture exchange racks. After manually clamping the workpiece, start the switch with both hands and move the workpiece to the welding position; The electrode is pressed tightly, and the thyristor conducts as needed to energize the primary of the transformer and generate welding current in the secondary; After the welding is completed, the thyristor is turned off, the electrode is lifted, the workpiece is displaced, and all points are cyclically welded. After completion, it is sent to the exchange rack. The overall length, width, and height of the machine are 5250 × 3775 × 2067mm, and it can weld elevator door panels of 0.5~1.5mm. The structure is simple and compact, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and safe and reliable to use.
