Product Introduction:

The durable version of the welding machine adopts a high rigidity body structure, which can withstand the huge reaction force generated by the synchronous pressurization of the upper and lower ring electrodes. It will not deform after long-term use, ensuring the long-term stability of electrode alignment accuracy. The 7 fixed protrusions are processed and formed as a whole with the annular electrode, without the problem of independent electrode head loosening or displacement after wear, with good structural rigidity and long service life. The selection margin of welding transformers is sufficient, and the secondary is connected to the upper and lower electrode coils in a low impedance manner through a soft copper strip, reducing heat generation and electrical energy loss. The forced water cooling channel runs through the entire annular electrode ring, continuously taking away the heat from the root of the convex point and the contact surface, effectively preventing electrode annealing and surface oxidation, and extending the service life of the electrode. The controller is equipped with multiple electronic protections for overcurrent, overvoltage, and overheating. In case of abnormalities, it automatically cuts off the output to protect transformers and power devices, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Welding Workpiece: Fuel tank shell+metal ring

The workpiece consists of a half section oil tank shell and a matching metal ring.
