Product Introduction:
The welding machine performs 7-point synchronous welding, completing 7 welding points simultaneously with each power on, significantly saving energy compared to point by point welding, and significantly reducing long-term mass production electricity costs. The dot convex composite function can be used in one machine, without the need to purchase separate spot welding machines and convex welding machines, saving equipment procurement costs and workshop space. The annular electrode ring is integrally formed, and the 7 protrusions do not need to be replaced separately. There are fewer types of vulnerable parts, and the inventory cost of spare parts is low. The welding quality is stable and consistent, effectively reducing rework and waste losses caused by poor welding points, and improving material utilization. Fixed Convex Point Annular Electrode Assembly: One annular electrode ring on each top and bottom, with 7 fixed convex points on the ring. During welding, the upper and lower circles are pressed synchronously, and power is applied simultaneously at 7 points, forming 7 welding points at once. Internally water-cooled, quick change overall, compatible with different specifications of fuel tanks.

Cylinder: Adopting aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring, and light friction ring combination with hydraulic cylinder, the surface is wear-resistant and has a long service life, achieving extremely high dot speed, electrode pressurization, smooth and fast.

Gas Storage Tanks: The projection and spot welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.

Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.

Welding Workpiece: Fuel tank shell+metal ring
The workpiece consists of a half section oil tank shell and a matching metal ring. Place the fuel tank shell facing upwards on the lower electrode platform, and press the metal ring onto the upper electrode accordingly. After welding, the metal ring is firmly fixed to the inner wall of the fuel tank opening, meeting the sealing and subsequent assembly requirements.
