Product Introduction:
In response to the production needs of elevator door panels, we have launched this dual electrode automatic spot welding machine - which adds X and Y dual axis moving fixtures and fixture exchange racks to the traditional fixed spot welding machine, welding two points at once. After manual loading and unloading, start the switch with both hands, and the workpiece will automatically shift to the welding position; The cylinder drives the upper electrode to vertically press the workpiece, and the thyristor timely conducts to energize the transformer, generating a large current to complete the welding; Subsequently, the thyristor is turned off, the electrode is lifted, the workpiece is displaced, and the above process is repeated. After all the solder joints are completed, they are moved to the exchange rack. The whole machine adopts pneumatic pressurization, with smooth movement, compact and beautiful structure, welding thickness of 0.5-1.5mm, and external dimensions of 5250 × 3775 × 2067mm. It has outstanding advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, and safety.
Features:
1. Power on interruption in the primary section of the transformer: only the thyristor is conducting during the welding period, and the power is completely cut off during standby, saving about 30% energy compared to traditional AC welding machines.
2. Low energy design of the pneumatic system: The cylinder stroke and pressure are matched as needed, combined with a quick exhaust valve to reduce compressed air waste.
3. Waterway circulation cooling: The built-in cooling system can recycle cooling water, reduce water resource consumption, and extend electrode life.
4. No harmful emissions: The resistance spot welding process is dust-free, arc free, and consumes no welding wire or electrode, and the workshop environment is clean.
5. Standby automatic sleep: The controller automatically cuts off the primary power supply of the transformer when there is no operation for a long time, resulting in low standby power consumption.

Double Electrode Head (up/down): A pair of copper alloy electrodes that directly contact the workpiece (welding 2 points at a time), apply current under pressure, concentrate heat on the contact surface of the plate to form a weld core, and complete spot welding.
X/Y Fixture Moving Mechanism: Driven by servo or stepper motor, the screw/synchronous belt accurately moves the workpiece in the horizontal plane, aligning the welding points of the door panel with the electrodes in sequence, achieving multi-point automatic welding.
Intermediate Frequency Control Box: Inverts AC power to DC power, achieving millisecond level high-precision welding, effectively reducing spatter, saving 30% energy, and significantly reducing transformer weight. It is particularly suitable for stable welding of materials such as aluminum and galvanized sheets.
Human Computer Interaction Interface: Touch screen or button panel, used to set welding parameters, call programs, display status and alarms, and achieve intuitive operation dialogue between people and devices.
