In response to the production needs of elevator door panels, we have launched this dual electrode automatic spot welding machine - which adds X and Y dual axis moving fixtures and fixture exchange racks to the traditional fixed spot welding machine, welding two points at once. After manual loading and unloading, start the switch with both hands, and the workpiece will automatically shift to the welding position; The cylinder drives the upper electrode to vertically press the workpiece, and the thyristor timely conducts to energize the transformer, generating a large current to complete the welding; Subsequently, the thyristor is turned off, the electrode is lifted, the workpiece is displaced, and the above process is repeated. After all the solder joints are completed, they are moved to the exchange rack. The whole machine adopts pneumatic pressurization, with smooth movement, compact and beautiful structure, welding thickness of 0.5-1.5mm, and external dimensions of 5250 × 3775 × 2067mm. It has outstanding advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, and safety.

Double Electrode Head (up/down): The dual electrode head assembly consists of upper and lower copper alloy electrodes, which simultaneously clamp and contact the workpiece to be welded during operation. Welding current is applied under preset pressure to generate resistance heat when the current flows through the contact interface of the plate. The heat is highly concentrated in the contact area and quickly forms a weld core. After cooling, two-point synchronous spot welding is completed, effectively improving the efficiency of single operation and ensuring the consistency of weld quality.

X/Y Fixture Moving Mechanism: The X/Y fixture moving mechanism adopts servo or stepper motor driven precision screw or synchronous belt transmission to achieve high-precision positioning and displacement of the workpiece in a horizontal two-dimensional plane. The CNC system controls each welding point to align with the fixed electrode in sequence, thus achieving fully automatic sequential operation of multi-point welding of the door panel, effectively ensuring the consistency of welding point position and process repeatability.

Intermediate Frequency Control Box: The medium-frequency control box converts industrial frequency AC power into medium-frequency DC power, outputting millisecond-level adjustable precision welding pulses. This enables instantaneous and precise control of heat input, effectively suppressing spatter generation. Measured energy savings reach 30%, while the significantly reduced size of the medium-frequency transformer leads to a substantial decrease in overall machine weight. It is particularly suitable for stable, high-quality welding of heat-sensitive or highly reflective materials such as aluminum plates and galvanized sheets.

Human Computer Interaction Interface: Touch screen or button panel, used to set welding parameters, call programs, display status and alarms, and achieve intuitive operation dialogue between people and devices.
