Advantages
(1)The upper electrode is pressurized by a cylinder, and the production form of the cylinder can be determined based on the customer's welding workpiece. If your company's product has a large range of plate thickness, the cylinder adopts a double-layer pressurization method. When welding workpieces with smaller plate thickness, a single-layer cylinder is selected for pressurization. When welding workpieces with larger plate thickness, a double-layer cylinder is selected for pressurization. The pressure of the cylinder is controlled by a proportional valve, which can accurately control the pressure and ensure the pressure supply value;
(2)The upper electrode moves vertically up and down, and has a smooth adjustable working stroke. The lower electrode can be adjusted vertically;
(3)Adopting a direct solenoid valve to accelerate the reaction speed, significantly increase the operating speed of the upper pressure head, and reduce air flow loss;
(4)The descent and ascent speed of the pressurization head can be adjusted arbitrarily, easing the impact of pressurization on the work and reducing noise;
