Product Introduction:


Gas liquid pressure diffusion welding machine is an advanced solid-state connection device that adopts a unique "high-temperature and high-pressure non melting" process principle. By precisely controlling the three core parameters of temperature, pressure, and time, it achieves atomic level bonding of materials in vacuum or protective atmosphere environment. The biggest technological highlight of this equipment lies in its innovative gas-liquid composite pressurization system. The hydraulic device can provide a strong pressure of up to 300MPa, while the gas buffer unit ensures uniform and stable pressure distribution, with a pressure control accuracy of ± 0.5%. This precise pressure control capability enables it to perfectly handle various special structures, from ultra-thin 0.1mm parts to complex shaped parts.


In terms of welding quality, gas-liquid pressure diffusion welding has shown significant advantages: the joint strength can reach more than 95% of the base material, the heat affected zone is controlled within 100 μ m, completely avoiding common defects such as porosity and cracks in traditional fusion welding. It is worth mentioning that this process has excellent material adaptability. It can not only weld difficult to weld metals such as titanium alloys and high-temperature alloys, but also achieve reliable connections between dissimilar materials such as metal ceramics and composite materials. This has irreplaceable value in high-end manufacturing fields such as aerospace and new energy.
