The Pneumatic Resistance Butt Welding Machine is based on automation as its core concept, and all welding actions except for manual loading and unloading are automatically completed by the system. Welding ability of slaughter saw blades, meeting the requirements of the food processing industry: The equipment can stably weld slaughter saw blades with specifications of 16mm × 4 teeth/inch × 0.5mm, with smooth and burr free joints, meeting the high requirements of the slaughter industry for blade sharpness and hygiene, suitable for processing scenarios such as meat segmentation and skinning.

Double-layer Cylinder: Provides graded clamping and forging force. Through a double-layer piston structure, a "light first, heavy later" pressure output is achieved - light pressure is used for rapid feed and positioning, while heavy pressure is used for strong forging at the welding terminal to ensure a dense weld seam and avoid impact damage to thin saw blades.

Copper Alloy Electrode: Made of high-quality chromium zirconium copper, it offers excellent conductivity and wear resistance. The internal cooling channel ensures efficient heat dissipation, delivering stable and reliable performance for both fixed and moving electrodes.

Human Computer Interaction Interface: Implement information exchange between devices and operators. Used for setting and modifying welding parameters, storing and calling multi specification saw blade formulas, real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, and displaying and prompting fault alarm information, making the operation more intuitive and convenient.

Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
