The host frame provides a stable welding foundation, the pneumatic system drives clamping and forging actions, and the welding controller precisely adjusts the timing of flashing and forging. The equipment adopts manual loading and unloading methods, while the rest of the processes run automatically, with a low operating threshold. The welding area is equipped with a transparent protective cover, which not only prevents sparks from splashing, but also facilitates real-time monitoring of the welding process. Both narrow and wide saw blades can achieve high-quality docking.

1. Fully automatic welding process with minimal manual intervention: The equipment integrates the entire welding process, including clamping, flashing, forging, pressure holding, and return, into automated control. Operators only need to complete the loading and unloading actions, and press the start button to automatically execute all processes according to the preset program, greatly reducing the impact of human factors on welding quality.
2. The pneumatic transmission system responds quickly and significantly shortens the auxiliary time: the pneumatic mechanism adopts large-diameter cylinders and high-speed directional valves, and the clamping and forging action response time is controlled in milliseconds, effectively compressing the welding auxiliary time and significantly improving the unit time output in mass production, meeting the requirements of high-efficiency production cycle.
3. Precise timing management of welding controller to ensure parameter consistency: The digital welding controller precisely manages key timing such as flashing and forging, with high parameter repetition accuracy. Each product is welded according to the same specifications, fundamentally eliminating welding defects caused by parameter fluctuations and reducing scrap rates.
4. Quick changeover design, flexible response to small batch production of multiple varieties: The equipment clamping mechanism adopts modular design, and the electrode and positioning device can be quickly adjusted according to different saw blade specifications. The changeover time is short, and no special tools are needed to complete the switch. It is particularly suitable for the alternating production of multiple categories and specifications of saw blades such as slaughter, woodworking, and metal cutting.
