Product Introduction:
The desktop spot welding machine adopts an intermediate frequency platform design, combined with a multi joint arm structure and a unique parallel joint mechanism, making the welding arm movement extremely flexible. It can easily cover any point on the workbench, achieving an efficient operation mode of welding machine stationary and workpiece moving. It is especially suitable for welding large or irregular workpieces, such as elevator door panels, cabinet side panels, ventilation ducts, etc.
Features:
1. Suitable for various metal materials such as low-carbon steel, coated steel plates, stainless steel, and aluminum plates.
2. The welding thickness range of carbon steel plate is 0.5+0.5mm to 3+3mm, covering commonly used sheet metal thickness combinations.
3. The welding spatter of the coated steel plate is small, and there is no coating peeling phenomenon on the surface of the welding point.
4.When welding aluminum plates, the use of intermediate frequency characteristics can effectively reduce electrode adhesion.
5. Suitable for welding dissimilar metal thin plates, such as overlapping galvanized plates with low carbon steel.

Pneumatic pressurization system(Cylinder): By driving the piston rod with compressed air, stable and adjustable welding pressure is applied to the electrode.; Pneumatic pressurization is stable and uniform, and the pressure can be infinitely adjusted to ensure that each solder joint is subjected to consistent force and the formation of weld nuggets is reliable; Cooperate with rapid response control to effectively improve welding consistency and yield rate.
Welding gun (vertical/horizontal): Install electrodes and conduct welding current and pressure. The vertical or horizontal direction can be selected according to the shape of the workpiece.; Vertical or horizontal welding guns can be freely selected to flexibly meet the welding needs of different angles. Whether it is flat overlap or deep cavity structure, it can easily reach the welding point position, reducing workpiece flipping and fixture adjustment.
Full copper countertop: Integrating conductive lower electrode, heat dissipation body and workpiece support, fast conductivity, low resistance, energy-saving and efficient; Excellent thermal conductivity, fast heat dissipation, preventing the back of the workpiece from burning and discoloration, achieving seamless welding. The tabletop is flat and wear-resistant, and the workpiece can be placed directly for operation without the need for additional electrodes or copper pads, making the operation convenient.
Multi joint welding arm (parallel joint structure): It realizes flexible extension and rotation of electrodes in the horizontal plane, allowing welding points to cover any position on the workbench.; The unique parallel joint design allows for flexible rotation and a wide range of extension of the welding arm, covering any point on the workbench. It is easy and effortless to operate, especially suitable for multi-point welding of large or irregular workpieces.
