Product Introduction:
The pneumatic pressurization system of the Single Sided Spot Welding Machine ensures uniform vertical movement pressure and good followability of the electrode. Pneumatic pressurization system(Cylinder): By driving the piston rod with compressed air, stable and adjustable welding pressure is applied to the electrode.; Pneumatic pressurization is stable and uniform, and the pressure can be infinitely adjusted to ensure that each solder joint is subjected to consistent force and the formation of weld nuggets is reliable; Cooperate with rapid response control to effectively improve welding consistency and yield rate.

Welding gun (vertical/horizontal): Traditional welding guns often have a fixed direction, making it difficult to balance flat overlap and deep cavity structure. However, vertical and horizontal welding guns that can be freely selected are completely different: they can install electrodes and stably conduct current and pressure, and can flexibly switch between vertical or horizontal directions according to the shape of the workpiece, easily reaching various angles of welding points, greatly reducing the trouble of workpiece flipping and fixture adjustment.

Full copper countertop: Traditional spot welding often requires additional electrodes or copper pads, and the back of the workpiece is prone to burns and discoloration. However, the all copper table integrates the conductive lower electrode, heat dissipation body, and workpiece support surface. Copper has fast conductivity, low resistance, and is more energy-efficient than conventional methods. Its excellent thermal conductivity can quickly dissipate heat to prevent back burns and discoloration, achieving seamless welding. At the same time, the flat and wear-resistant table allows the workpiece to be placed directly for operation without any additional accessories, making the operation more convenient and efficient.

Multi joint welding arm (parallel joint structure): It realizes flexible extension and rotation of electrodes in the horizontal plane, allowing welding points to cover any position on the workbench.; The unique parallel joint design allows for flexible rotation and a wide range of extension of the welding arm, covering any point on the workbench. It is easy and effortless to operate, especially suitable for multi-point welding of large or irregular workpieces.
