Elevator Door Panels Automatic Production Line For Spot Welding
Product Introduction:
The automatic spot welding machine for door panels adopts modular design, which combines standard fixed spot welding machines with dual electrode heads, X and Y axis moving fixtures, and fixture exchange racks, and is specifically designed for welding elevator door panels. During operation, the material is manually loaded and unloaded. After the workpiece is placed in the fixture, both hands start and the equipment automatically moves the workpiece to the welding position; Electromagnetic valve action, compressed air enters the cylinder, and the upper electrode vertically presses the workpiece; The thyristor triggers conduction, the welding transformer is energized, and the secondary generates a large current; After welding, the thyristor is turned off, the electrode is released, the workpiece is displaced, and other points are cyclically welded before finally moving to the fixture exchange rack. The overall size of the machine is 5250 × 3775 × 2067mm, and it can weld 0.5-1.5mm plates. The structure is novel, the action is reliable, and it is energy-saving and efficient.
Features:
1. X/Y stroke programmable: The distance between solder joints, the number of rows and columns, and the welding sequence can be freely set through the controller to adapt to different door panel specifications (such as standard doors and non-standard doors).
2. Universal bottom plate for tooling exchange rack: Different types of door panel fixtures can be quickly exchanged on the exchange rack, with a changeover time of no more than 5 minutes.
3. Stepless adjustment of welding pressure: Adjust the cylinder intake pressure through a pressure regulating valve to meet the clamping force requirements of 0.5mm thin plate to 1.5mm thick plate.
4. Multi program storage: The controller can store 99 sets of welding specifications and automatically match current, time, and shift path when called.
5. Optional welding point counting: Automatically accumulate the number of welding points for each door panel to prevent missed or repeated welding.

Double Electrode Head (up/down): A pair of copper alloy electrodes that directly contact the workpiece (welding 2 points at a time), apply current under pressure, concentrate heat on the contact surface of the plate to form a weld core, and complete spot welding.

X/Y Fixture Moving Mechanism: Driven by servo or stepper motor, the screw/synchronous belt accurately moves the workpiece in the horizontal plane, aligning the welding points of the door panel with the electrodes in sequence, achieving multi-point automatic welding.

Intermediate Frequency Control Box: Inverts AC power to DC power, achieving millisecond level high-precision welding, effectively reducing spatter, saving 30% energy, and significantly reducing transformer weight. It is particularly suitable for stable welding of materials such as aluminum and galvanized sheets.

Human Computer Interaction Interface: Touch screen or button panel, used to set welding parameters, call programs, display status and alarms, and achieve intuitive operation dialogue between people and devices.
