Unlike traditional single-head manual spot welding machines, this dual-head capacitor discharge projection welding machine achieves a comprehensive upgrade in the welding of clamp products. Traditional welding machines require manual positioning and are prone to missed welds and offset welds, whereas this equipment automatically arranges and feeds the buckles through left and right vibratory bowl feeders, so workers only need to place the ring and both sides are welded automatically. Adopting capacitor discharge technology, it is more energy-efficient than traditional AC welding machines, produces minimal spatter, and requires no secondary grinding. The left and right independent cylinders press down in sequence, avoiding workpiece deformation caused by simultaneous dual-head pressing.
