Working Principle
The workpiece is pressurized and energized between the upper and lower electrodes, and having resistance welding.
When the resistance of the welding part is R (Ω), the welding current is I (A), and the power on time is t (sec), according to the formula: the current I that the metal material with a certain resistance value R passes through within a certain time t heats up due to the resistance, and the heat generated is Q. The metal resistance current is used to heat the molten metal, and then the metal is cooled, crystallized and connected under pressure. This is called resistance welding.

Rest In The Welding Process
The main working process of this welding machine is composed of four basic procedures: pressurization, welding, maintenance and rest, and additional procedures can be added if necessary.
Rest: after the maintenance process is completed, the working gas valve is turned off, and the cylinder moves in the opposite direction to open the electrode and release the workpiece, waiting for the start of the next welding process. This process is called "rest", and the process parameter is the rest time. So far, the welder has completed a welding cycle.
If the controller is set as continuous spot welding, the controller will automatically start the next welding cycle as long as the welding start switch of the welder is kept on after the rest time. Welding process is also called welding program operation process, and the process parameters of each stage in the process have been preset before welding.
