Product Description
The portable spot welding machine uses the resistance heat generated by the current flowing through the weldment as a heat source for welding under pressure. Mainly used for spot welding of low-carbon steel parts of thin plate structures.

Features:
1. The machine can rotate 360°as the turntable is configured with bearings.
2. Customized welding tongs, the longest welding arm is 1300mm and the shortest is 220mm.
3. The integrated spot welding machine casing is made of aluminum alloy die-casting material ZL104 and manufactured by a machining center. Its high-precision and fully automatic processing ensures product consistency.
4. Due to the high current density and high temperature of the solder joint of the weldment, the precise control of the power-on time by the welding machine controller allows the solder joint to obtain a reproducible nugget size, which can adapt to the welding of multiple types of the same or different metals and coated steel plates.
Working Principle
The workpiece is pressurized and energized between the upper and lower electrodes, and having resistance welding.
When the resistance of the welding part is R (Ω), the welding current is I (A), and the power on time is t (sec), according to the formula: the current I that the metal material with a certain resistance value R passes through within a certain time t heats up due to the resistance, and the heat generated is Q. The metal resistance current is used to heat the molten metal, and then the metal is cooled, crystallized and connected under pressure. This is called resistance welding.

This series of welding machine is mainly composed of welding transformer, gas circuit (pressurization) system, water circuit (cooling) system, welding tongs, resistance welding controller and motion mechanism. According to the shape of the workpiece to be welded and the operating conditions of the welding machine, the welding tongs have a variety of structural forms.
X type welding machine is suitable for welding on horizontal plane or near horizontal plane, and C type welding machine is suitable for welding on vertical plane or near vertical plane. The shape of welding tongs can be designed according to user requirements.
