Product Introduction:
Enhance your welding efficiency by choosing this three-dimensional suspended spot welding system. It perfectly addresses the pain point of traditional spot welding machines, which are inconvenient to move. With the golden combination of a balancer and a slide rail, the welding machine can move freely in the X, Y, and Z axes. The equipment comes standard with a full copper core transformer, a durable electrode arm assembly, an intelligent microcomputer controller, and a limit rotary table to ensure safe operation. The complete turnkey configuration includes all necessary cables and gas path components, allowing for quick installation and production upon arrival at the factory, helping enterprises respond quickly to complex welding tasks.
Features:
1. High-power copper-core transformer: Utilizing high-purity copper windings and premium silicon steel sheet cores, it boasts excellent conductivity, minimal magnetic loss, and robust and stable output power. It can meet the welding needs of steel plates up to 1.5mm+1.5mm or even thicker, with a duty cycle exceeding 50%, making it suitable for prolonged continuous operation.
2. Dual-circuit forced water cooling system: Equipped with independent inlet and outlet pipelines and a precision distribution block, it provides directional circulating cooling for the transformer, electrode arm, electrode extension rod, and electrode cap, ensuring that key components are always at their optimal operating temperature. This effectively prevents overheating and deformation, extending the lifespan of the electrode by more than 30%. High-frequency response pneumatic control: Utilizing a high-flow pilot-operated solenoid valve with a millisecond-level response time, coupled with a precision pressure regulating valve and oil mist device, the cylinder action is crisp and precise, without any hysteresis. The air source processing components can efficiently filter out moisture and impurities from the compressed air, ensuring long-term stable operation of the pneumatic system.
3. Limit rotary dial with scale display: The rotary dial is equipped with clear 360° scale markings, allowing the operator to precisely preset the rotation angle as needed. The limiting device adopts a mechanical locking structure, ensuring no loosening after locking, thus maintaining the consistent posture of the welding torch during the welding process and achieving high repeatability in positioning accuracy.
4. Core functions of microcomputer controller: Equipped with an industrial-grade microcomputer resistance welding controller, it offers multiple control modes including constant current, constant voltage, and constant power for selection; it can store more than 15 sets of welding specifications and supports quick recall; built-in current monitoring and fault self-diagnosis functions, with real-time display of abnormal codes, making maintenance and troubleshooting faster.
5. Integrated handle human-computer interaction: The control handle is equipped with built-in welding start and emergency stop switches, and the grip area is ergonomically designed for anti-slip and sweat resistance. The handle is quickly connected to the main body of the welder through a quick-connect plug, making replacement and maintenance convenient.
6. Complete set of flexible cable connections: Both power cables and control cables utilize specially crafted high-flexibility rubber-sheathed wires, which are resistant to oil, wear, and bending, adapting to the frequently moving working scenarios of welding machines.
