Product Introduction:
Breaking through the spatial constraints of traditional fixed welding machines, this product achieves true "all-position" operation capability. Whether it's overhead welding, downward welding, or lateral vertical welding, its three-dimensional sliding system ensures that the welding torch can quickly reach the designated position. The limit device on the rotary table allows the operator to preset or adjust the rotation angle of the electrode arm at any time according to the direction of the weld seam (360° without dead angles), ensuring that the electrode cap is always perpendicular to the workpiece surface. Coupled with remote operation via the control handle, this system can cut in at the most suitable angle regardless of the workpiece's posture, achieving high-quality welding.
Features:
1. Multiple limit protection: The rotary table is limited to prevent entanglement, and the ends of the slide rail are usually equipped with stops to ensure that the equipment operates within a safe range.
2. Electrical isolation safety: The secondary circuit design fully considers operator safety, and the controller is equipped with comprehensive overcurrent and overheat protection.
3. Gas source pressure monitoring: The gas source processing unit is equipped with a pressure gauge for real-time monitoring, ensuring timely warnings in case of insufficient welding pressure.
4. Cooling system monitoring: The water circuit is designed to be unobstructed, avoiding equipment overheating and damage caused by blockage.
5. Hanging safety redundancy: All hanging components have undergone rigorous load-bearing tests and are equipped with secondary protective measures such as safety ropes.
