Flexible OperatingWater Cooled Industrial Sheet Metal Suspension Type Spot Welder
Product Introduction:
This system consists of two major components: an integrated spot welder and an auxiliary mobile mechanism. The main body of the welder integrates a microcomputer-controlled resistance welding controller (which allows precise setting of welding time and current), a high-performance welding transformer, and a welding execution end composed of an electrode arm, a bending arm, etc. The auxiliary part includes a load-bearing suspension mechanism, a 360° rotating hanger with a limit function, a balancer, a lightweight sliding rail and pulley, as well as a full set of power cables, control cables, air source processing components, and cooling water pipes. After receiving the goods, users can connect the water, electricity, and gas, and then put it into efficient and flexible all-round welding operations.

1. High structural strength: Both the hanging and rotating mechanism and the electrode arm are made of high-strength alloy materials, ensuring durability and robustness.
2. Superior heat dissipation performance: Both the transformer and the electrode arm are designed with efficient heat dissipation channels, combined with a water cooling system, resulting in low temperature rise.
3. Comprehensive cable protection: The power cables and control cables are sheathed with wear-resistant protective tubes, and sufficient length is reserved to accommodate repeated movement.
4. High precision in air source processing: The standard dual components can effectively filter out moisture and impurities, stably regulate air pressure, and protect the cylinder and solenoid valve.
5. Long-lasting electrode cap: Thanks to the stable water cooling system and precise pressure control, electrode consumption is significantly reduced.
