Flexible Rotatable Integrated Suspension Spot Welder for Automotive Manufacturing
Product Introduction:
Tailored specifically for automobile manufacturing assembly lines and repair workshops, this equipment offers a perfect solution for the body welding process, which is characterized by numerous points, wide coverage, and complex postures. Its lightweight sliding rail system can be erected above the workstation, allowing the welding machine to achieve wide horizontal movement through a pulley. Coupled with a spring balancer, the electrode arm can achieve precise vertical lifting and lowering. Most notably, its 360° limit rotary table can easily rotate the angle of the welding torch when welding components such as car doors and engine hoods, ensuring that the welding pressure is perpendicular to the surface of the workpiece, effectively guaranteeing the quality of the welding spot. It is a capable assistant for body welding.
