The product employs advanced flash butt welding technology, achieving high-quality welding of saw blades through the coordinated operation of core components such as the mainframe, pneumatic transmission mechanism, secondary circuit, welding transformer, and welding controller. The user-friendly human-machine interface design facilitates rapid operator mastery of the equipment. The transparent protective cover effectively prevents spark splatter during the welding process, enhancing on-site operational safety. The equipment supports butt welding of saw blades with varying cross-sectional areas, accommodating multiple saw blade specifications to meet welding requirements across diverse industries.
Features:
1. Transparent protective cover for physical isolation, effectively blocking sparks and splashes: The welding area is completely enclosed by high-strength transparent protective cover around and at the top, made of high temperature and impact resistant polycarbonate material, which effectively blocks high temperature sparks and metal splashes during flash welding, preventing burns and fire hazards.
2. Electrical safety interlocking to eliminate the risk of misoperation: The protective cover and control system are electrically interlocked. When the protective cover is not closed or accidentally opened, the equipment automatically cuts off the welding output and prohibits starting, ensuring that welding operations are only carried out with adequate protection, fundamentally avoiding operators from being exposed to hazardous areas.
3. Pneumatic system safety protection to ensure reliable clamping: The pneumatic system is equipped with an air pressure detection switch and a low pressure alarm device. When the air pressure is lower than the set value, the equipment automatically alarms and prohibits the start of the welding program to prevent the workpiece from loosening or forging failure due to insufficient clamping force, ensuring the safety and controllability of the welding process.
4. Overload and overheat protection mechanism to extend equipment life: Welding transformers and controllers have built-in overload and overheat protection functions. When the current or temperature exceeds the safety threshold, the output is automatically cut off to avoid electrical component burnout caused by long-term overload, and to protect operators from the impact of secondary accidents.
5. Reasonable separation between manual loading and unloading area and welding area: The equipment structure design physically isolates the manual loading and unloading station from the welding core area. Operators should keep their hands away from the welding area when loading and unloading saw blades. Combined with protective covers and safety interlocks, multiple protective barriers are formed to significantly reduce safety risks during the operation process.
