Product Introduction:

Designed for circumferential seam welding of stainless steel ducts and formed duct components, this vertical seam welding machine provides an integrated solution combining workpiece positioning, mechanical transmission, electrode pressure, welding control and cooling. Its upper and lower copper electrode wheels work together while the workpiece is rotated through the welding area, allowing a complete circular seam to be processed within a fixed workstation. The pneumatic actuator at the top controls the electrode movement, while the side-mounted control cabinet provides centralized machine operation and welding control. A stainless steel water tray is incorporated into the lower section to support the cooling system. With its compact yet industrial structure, the machine is well suited for professional fabrication of stainless steel ducts and similar cylindrical or formed components.
