Product Introduction:
The circumferential seam welding machine is primarily intended for stainless steel ducts and similar formed sheet-metal components with circular joints. As illustrated by the actual workpieces, the seam welder is not limited to conventional cylindrical ducts; it can also be used for formed duct components where the joint geometry is compatible with the machine's electrode configuration. The working concept combines manual workpiece rotation with machine-assisted welding, supported by the pneumatic actuator, electrode wheels and welding control system. For manufacturers producing different stainless steel duct or similar tubular components, this dedicated circumferential welding station can serve as an independent process within the overall production system.
