Product Introduction:
From an equipment-integration perspective, this duct circumferential seam welding machine brings multiple functions required for the welding process onto one platform, including pneumatic pressure, workpiece transmission, electrode conduction, welding control and water-air systems. This eliminates the need to combine several separate machines to establish a basic circumferential welding workstation. The main welding area uses copper electrode wheels, while the upper cylinder controls the corresponding electrode movement, the side-mounted cabinet handles machine operation, and the lower section incorporates a dedicated water tray. This integrated design creates a relatively complete workstation for the production floor and allows manufacturers to organize workpiece loading, handling and welding according to their own production flow.
