Product Introduction:
For factories processing large quantities of stainless steel ducts, circumferential welding involves more than simply joining the material; workpiece handling, welding movement and production continuity also need to be considered. This machine converts the conventional process of continuously following a seam by hand into a more clearly defined machine-assisted operation. After the duct is positioned in the welding area, the operator rotates the workpiece while the electrode wheels perform the circumferential welding process, with the machine handling the primary electrode movement and welding control. This working concept turns seam welding into a dedicated and more standardized workstation, making it suitable for professional duct fabrication and repetitive production environments.
Features:
1.Multi-System Integration: Mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, welding and water systems are integrated into one machine.
2.Reduced Need for Peripheral Equipment: The main welding functions are incorporated into the machine, creating an independent circumferential welding workstation.
3.Centralized Welding Control: The welding controller, transformer and secondary circuit form the integrated welding system.
4.Coordinated Pneumatic and Welding Mechanisms: The pneumatic actuator, electrode assembly and transmission structure are configured around the main welding operation.
5.Dedicated Water System: A water tray is installed at the bottom and works together with the machine's water and air system.
6.Integrated Industrial Configuration: With dimensions of 1600 × 1000 × 2200 mm and a weight of approximately 750 kg, the machine provides a complete standalone industrial configuration.

Welding Workpiece: Suitable for stainless steel ducts, straight tubes, reducers, elbows and other cylindrical workpieces with circumferential seams.

Upper & Lower Electrode Wheels: The upper and lower copper electrode wheels form the main welding contact area as the duct rotates through the welding position.
Upper Pneumatic Actuator: The top pneumatic cylinder drives the welding assembly vertically and provides the required movement for the upper electrode wheel.
Gas Storage Tanks: Stores and buffers compressed air to provide a stable air supply for the pneumatic system.
Water Circuit Components: Equipped with flow monitors, water pipes, valves and fittings for monitoring and controlling the cooling water circulation.
