Product Introduction:
Within a professional welding equipment portfolio, the seam welder machine is positioned not as a general-purpose welding system, but as a dedicated solution for the circumferential seam process used in stainless steel duct fabrication. The seam welding machine establishes a defined welding area around the circular joint of the duct and uses dedicated electrode wheels, pneumatic mechanisms and a control system to perform the welding operation, while allowing the operator to retain flexible control over workpiece rotation and loading. This arrangement combines machine-assisted welding with practical operator handling, providing flexibility for the workpiece while keeping the core welding process within a fixed mechanism. It can therefore serve as a dedicated station for circumferential seam welding in professional stainless steel duct production.
Features:
1.Dedicated Circumferential Welding Platform: Designed around the circumferential welding process of stainless steel ducts, combining workpiece handling with the core welding operation.
2.Upper & Lower Copper Electrode System: Upper and lower copper electrode wheels form the core welding zone and process the continuous circular seam as the workpiece rotates.
3.Pneumatic Electrode Actuation: The top-mounted pneumatic actuator works with the welding assembly to drive the electrode movement.
4.Integrated Welding Control: The welding transformer, secondary circuit and controller form a complete resistance welding control system.
5.Professional Cooling Arrangement: A large stainless steel water tray is installed at the lower section and works with the water-air system to support machine cooling.
6.Complete Industrial Configuration: The machine adopts a vertical structure with an independent control cabinet, overall dimensions of approximately 1600 × 1000 × 2200 mm and a weight of about 750 kg, making it suitable for professional duct and sheet-metal fabrication environments.

Welding Workpiece: Suitable for stainless steel ducts, straight tubes, reducers, elbows and other cylindrical workpieces with circumferential seams.
